1. SHIPPING POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.

Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days.

a. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping to the 48 contiguous states plus Washington D.C. on the North American continent.

b. International Orders

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 15 of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.

In case following conditions are not met BaristaBox.Com reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.

– the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase

– items and packaging must be received in new condition

– the original manufacture’s packaging must not be damaged

– packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.

– Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box

– return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt

Before returning package you need to contact BaristaBox.Com to receive Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can use phone number listed below or e-mail ronhill.otbsales@bex.net.

If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.

 

 

CUSTOM PRINT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Customer provides brand logo artwork … PDF, JPG or Ai
  • Printing plate charges vary based on # colors, amount of print coverage, complexity, etc.
  • Original set of plates are billed direct to customer; replacement sets no charge.
  • Non-standard inks (PMS) require an additional upcharge (TBD); corrugated boxmakers typically stock GPI/GCMI inks only.
  • Digital proofs (by item in 3D or flat template) are provided at no-charge.
  • Customer approval of final proof will initiate production scheduling.
  • Typical order turnaround is 4-6 weeks from date of proof approval.
  • 50% order pre-payment; balance when order ships.
  • All orders are make & ship.
